Move gently between hot and cold at your own pace with refreshing cold dips, staying present with your body and surroundings. Cancellation Policy
*By booking a sauna session with us you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, and will follow all policies and our sauna guidance. To use our sauna or participate in any other activities you'll need to sign a waiver on our website before your visit. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Booking alterations, including changes to the date, time or session booked, are subject to a £5 administration fee per booking reference. Alteration requests must be made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. We are unable to make changes to bookings within 48 hours of a session. Bookings cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled session start time are eligible for a refund or transfer, less a £5 administration fee. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled session start time are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member. Please notify us before the session begins so we can update our records. If we need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or transfer to an alternative session. Where possible, we will provide advance notice.
