Staying Safe and Comfortable
Sauna is a safe and deeply beneficial experience for most people. That said, due to the temperatures involved, it’s important to follow a few simple guidelines and always listen to your body.
Our sauna team is always on hand to guide and support you throughout your session. We ensure there’s plenty of fresh air, that temperatures are carefully managed, and that everyone takes regular breaks to cool off. You’ll also be encouraged to stay well hydrated before, during, and after your session.
Spending time in the sauna naturally raises your heart rate, blood pressure, and body temperature. If you have any conditions related to these, we recommend checking with your GP beforehand. Sauna use is not recommended during pregnancy.
Everyone who joins us will be asked to sign a waiver before their first session. You only need to do this once, so please take a moment to read it carefully and make sure you feel comfortable before participating. 🙏
If you’re ever unsure about anything, just ask, we’re here to help.
