New Moon Women Sauna Circle
New Moon Sauna Circle — Women gather to set intentions, reflect, and begin anew, held in warmth.
Service Description
Join us at Saunature Spa for our New Moon Women Sauna Circle, a deeply restorative and intentional space for women to gather, reset, and plant new seeds. Guided by the gentle energy of the new moon, a time for reflection and new beginnings, you’ll be invited into a grounding sauna experience to soften, release, and create space for new beginnings. After soaking in the gentle warmth, move into soulful practices such as intention setting, journaling, and slow, intuitive movement or meditation. Share nourishing food and meaningful conversation in a warm, supportive circle designed to inspire clarity, connection, and renewal. Step into this sacred pause, honour your inner rhythm, and align with the quiet power of new beginnings—held in a safe and nurturing space, just for women.
