Switch off, reset, and breathe. This is a space just for men to step away from pressure, clear the head, and feel like yourself again. Across 1.5 hours, you’ll be guided through simple breathwork, sauna heat, and cold plunges — a powerful combination to release stress, boost energy, and reset your nervous system. No pressure to talk, no expectations. Just a solid environment where you can unwind, recharge, and be around other men in a real, grounded way. You’ll leave feeling: – Clearer in your head – Lighter in your body – More in control and focused If life’s been full-on, this is your time to reset.

Cancellation Policy
*By booking this activity and sauna with us you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, and will follow all policies and our activity and sauna guidance. You'll need to sign a waiver on our website. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Booking alterations, including changes to the date, time or session booked, are subject to a £5 administration fee per booking reference. Alteration requests must be made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. We are unable to make changes to bookings within 48 hours of a session. Bookings cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled session start time are eligible for a refund or transfer, less a £5 administration fee. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled session start time are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member. Please notify us before the session begins so we can update our records. If we need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or transfer to an alternative session. Where possible, we will provide advance notice.
