Full Moon Women Sauna Circle
Full Moon Sauna Circle — women gather, release, connect, and renew in warmth and sisterhood.
Service Description
WOMEN’S SAUNA CIRCLE A monthly gathering for women to slow down, reconnect and come together through the rhythm of the moon and our own natural cycles. At the heart of every circle is a shared sauna ritual, where we gather in the warmth of the pirtis, breathe, release and connect with ourselves and each other. Each month brings something different. Alongside the sauna ritual, we may explore movement, conversation, journaling, creative or nature-inspired activities, seasonal rituals, nourishing food — or simply dance together under the open sky. It’s a space to explore our cycles, share experiences, listen, connect and celebrate sisterhood. No two circles are the same. Come as you are. WOMEN • CYCLES • SAUNA • CONNECTION Every month, following the rhythm of the moon. If you feel called to join but money feels tight, please reach out.
