Service Description
This is family time which offers a gentle, warm environment where both parents/carers and kids enjoy a safe, relaxing and fun sauna experience together. Its 55mins sauna and cold dip session. Parents attend session together and children are supervised in and out sauna space all the times.

Cancellation Policy
*By booking this sauna with us you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, and will follow all policies and our sauna guidance. You'll need to sign a waiver on our website for you and for your children. Children must be supervised all the time by parents in and out of sauna and cold plunges and whole spa area. CANCELLATION and RECHEDULING POLICY: You can cancel or reschedule your session free of charge with at least 3 days’ notice. If something comes up within 3 days, you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend or family member. Within 48 hours, we may not be able to make changes as we’re often outdoors preparing sessions. If we ever need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or transfer, plus a voucher.
