This is family time which offers a gentle, warm environment where both parents/carers and kids enjoy a safe, relaxing and fun sauna experience together. Its 55mins sauna and cold dip session. Parents attend session together and children are supervised in and out sauna space all the times.

Cancellation Policy
*By booking this sauna with us you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, and will follow all policies and our sauna guidance. You'll need to sign a waiver on our website for you and for your children. Children must be supervised all the time by parents in and out of sauna and cold plunges and whole spa area. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Booking alterations, including changes to the date, time or session booked, are subject to a £5 administration fee per booking reference. Alteration requests must be made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. We are unable to make changes to bookings within 48 hours of a session. Bookings cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled session start time are eligible for a refund or transfer, less a £5 administration fee. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled session start time are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member. Please notify us before the session begins so we can update our records. If we need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or transfer to an alternative session. Where possible, we will provide advance notice.
