A small number of volunteer exchange spaces are available for those happy to help with simple tasks — such as setting up, tending the space, welcoming guests, or light clearing afterwards — in exchange for a ticket. This gathering is about shared warmth and community care. I want it to feel accessible while also honouring the energy, preparation, and heart that goes into creating this experience. *By booking sauna with us you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, and will follow all policies and our sauna guidance. To use our sauna or participate in any other activities you'll need to sign a waiver on our website before your visit. Alterations & Cancellation: We understand plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your session free of charge with at least 3 days’ notice. If something comes up within 3 days, you’re welcome to gift your spot to a friend or family member. Within 48 hours, we may not be able to make changes as we’re often outdoors preparing sessions. If we ever need to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund or transfer, plus a 2-for-1 voucher as a thank you for your understanding.
