Service Description
**Awaken the Heart Retreat** Join us at Saunature for our special half-day retreat , designed to open your heart through a transformative cacao ceremony led by Catalina. Following this soulful experience, Gerda will guide you into a rejuvenating rose sauna ritual, using the healing properties of heat and botanicals, complemented by warm, nourishing food shared among participants. Discover the profound connection of heart, heat, and community—your journey to wellness begins here. Day will start at 12:30 and finishes at 4:30pm Only 8 participants will be offered warm food afterwards by the fire and also invited to bring small food to share with others : such us a dip ,bread , fruit , or dessert- to share as part of this communal closing. No refunds or exchanges.
