Cancellation Policy

Thank you for booking your Sauna Ritual with Saunature Spa. 💙 WHATS NEXT : *By booking sauna with us you are agreeing to our Terms and Conditions, and will follow all policies and our sauna guidance. To use our sauna you'll need to sign a waiver on our website. ‼️We are at the left hand side of the club, tucked away at the back of car park. *Please arrive 15 minutes early. *Best shower before you come and travel lightly without too much things and belongings and valuables. * Wear swimsuit or saunawear and bring sauna hat if you have one. *Bring 2x towels, warm clothes, flip-lops and water. *This is an outdoor nature sauna, so come prepared. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Booking alterations, including changes to the date, time or session booked, are subject to a £5 administration fee per booking reference. Alteration requests must be made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session start time. We are unable to make changes to bookings within 48 hours of a session. Bookings cancelled more than 14 days before the scheduled session start time are eligible for a refund or transfer, less a £5 administration fee. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the scheduled session start time are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or family member. Please notify us before the session begins so we can update our records. If we need to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or transfer to an alternative session. Where possible, we will provide advance notice.
